Dr Surat S Dahiya is trained as a veterinary doctor postgraduate in animal breeding and genetics, more than 30 years experience in animal health programme management, treatment, breeding and zoonotic diseases. He has worked at the community, block, district and state levels coordinating with other departments and officials.
