Dr Sunil D. Khaparde
M.D., Ph.D., L.L.B., FIAP, FIPHA
Dr Sunil D. Khaparde has over 40 years of professional experience in research, and programme management (STI/HIV/AIDS and TB, blood safety, patient safety etc.) at national and international levels. He has served the MOH& FW, Government of India in various senior national level leading roles.
Recognising his Global contribution in tuberculosis elimination program, he has been honoured with the Global paradigm shift award for by STOP TB Partnership, an UN organisation at the Union Conference of TB and Lung Diseases in Mexico in 2017. He was a Member of WHO Strategic Technical Advisory Group (STAG) Committee in Geneva WHO Headquarter from 2016-18.
With decades of experience in health systems strengthening, strategy development and programme management, he keeps engaging himself in mentor roles for achieving quality excellence in health systems and building capacity of health workers in both public and private sectors.

Prof. (Dr.) Deepak Raut.
M.D.
Prof. (Dr.) Deepak Raut is a distinguished public health leader, medical educationist, and hospital administrator with over 35 years of experience in teaching, research, and healthcare governance. He is a medical graduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD) from Govt. medical College, Nagpur. Currently serving as Medical Superintendent and Professor of Community Medicine at MGM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, he has previously led premier institutions including the National Institute of Public Health Training & Research (NIPHTR), Mumbai, and VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
A WHO Fellow in Field Epidemiology and Technical Advisor to WHO SEAR, Dr. Raut has contributed to global patient safety networks and advised statutory bodies such as UPSC, UGC, NMC, and state public service commissions. His expertise spans hospital administration, accreditation (NABH/NABL), health systems strengthening, and disaster response, alongside launching postgraduate programs and major institutional projects.
Widely recognized as a renowned academician and global public health expert, Dr. Raut has delivered orations, published extensively, and received awards for his contributions to medical education and public health. His career reflects a commitment to equity, innovation, and institution building, making him a trusted voice in advancing healthcare delivery and policy at scale.

Dr. Nigel Livesley
M.D., MPH
Dr. Nigel Livesley is a physician who has spent 20 years living in Africa and Asia, working as a clinician and a public health professional. He has managed and provided technical leadership in health, nutrition, and social protection programs with budgets of over $20 million per year. Dr. Livesley has led large-scale projects delivering measurable improvements in health outcomes by helping public and private facilities and communities redesign services to implement evidence-based interventions and meet client and provider needs. Dr. Livesley has an MD from the University of British Columbia and an MPH in Health Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Dr Poonam Gupta
MBBS, MPH, CPHQ, CMQ/OE
Dr Poonam Gupta is a physician and international leader in patient safety and quality improvement, with over 17 years of experience across the Middle East, India, and the UK. She has extensive experience in designing and leading large-scale improvement collaboratives. Dr Gupta currently serves as Senior Improvement Advisor and Value Improvement Lead at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. She is also the Assistant Deputy Editor of the International Journal for Quality in Health Care (ISQua Journal), a published author and book author. Her work focuses on safer healthcare systems, leadership, value-based care, and sustainable improvement.
